The "Broker's Procedures" outline the following guidelines:
Prior to showing a property to a potential buyer:
Identification is not necessary upon initial contact. Instead, it is required after obtaining the prospective buyer's email address.
A purchaser is not obligated to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement if they have previously researched and saved 10 homes on third-party platforms or have independently viewed 5 properties before engaging with Citynest Group. Attending an open house does not obligate you to our services.
A pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not mandatory for property showings. Proof of funds via bank statements is mandatory until securing a mortgage loan becomes imperative to finalize the deal, then a pre-approval will be required upon our request. Any written offers will require a pre-approval.
